I absolutely love cow’s milk. Not sure why, but it’s just what I grew up with and what I was used to drinking. I now drink lactaid- free cow’s milk but I got love for other kinds of milk now too. If you are looking to sub out your milk, here are some options you can try.
Unsweetned Soy milk
-If you are allergic to Soy, you can try the milk below.
Unsweetened Almond milk
-Both of these Milks have a nutty flavor. They both also curdle when boiled.
-This is a good milk for cooking. It has a neutral flavor.
-Substitute this in your coffee instead of using creamer!
Substitute equally in recipes that call for regular milk. All of the milks listed above are lactaid/lactose free! You can also purchase the milk in a variety of options: sweetened, vanilla or chocolate flavors.
